Corbels

Corbels are used to extend and accentuate the gable of a building. They can vary in design and depth. Traditionally, these wide corbels would have been large solid blocks. However, we now cast these with a rebate to avoid closure of the cavity. The nose of the corbel can be cast to various designs. These include chamfered or curved as seen below.
